By joining the Global Blue Membership, managed by Global Blue SA, based in Switzerland, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

When you sign up for the Global Blue Membership, Global Blue may provide you with information, offers, and various benefits from time to time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy provides further details on how your personal data is collected and processed.

Global Blue will provide you with a digital membership ID and barcode for use in retail stores.

When you use your membership barcode, if the retailer where you make your purchase is connected to our automated service, your personal data will automatically be added to the necessary documents to facilitate the completion of your tax refund.

Tax refund transactions are always subject to the applicable terms and conditions, as well as the relevant legislation in the country where you make your purchase. You will be informed separately of these conditions when initiating a refund transaction.

To qualify for the Global Blue Membership and the automated services described, you must provide full and accurate personal data. You also agree to inform Global Blue if your relevant personal data changes.

By joining the Global Blue Membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The latest version of the T&Cs is always available at www.globalblue.com. Global Blue reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time and will notify you via email before such changes take effect.

You have the right to terminate your membership at any time by informing Global Blue Customer Services. Upon termination, you will be removed from the Global Blue Membership program and will no longer receive member benefits. However, you can continue to enjoy tax-free shopping without being registered in the program.
