グローバル・ブルー社、ニューヨーク証券取引所での取引に関する上場廃止手続きの開始について
2025年6月6日、ニューヨーク証券取引所（以下、「NYSE」）は、グローバル・ブルー・グループ・ホールディング AG（以下、「グローバル・ブルー」）に対し、(i)NYSEのティッカーシンボル「GB.WT」（以下「本新株予約権」）は、NYSE 上場会社マニュアルの第 802.01D 条に基づき、本新株予約権の取引価格水準が「異常に低い」ため、NYSE での本新株予約権の取引は直ちに停止されます。グローバル・ブルーは、この決定に対して不服を申し立てるつもりはありません。
新株予約権に関するNYSEの上場廃止措置は、グローバル・ブルーの普通株式の上場には影響を与えず、普通株式は引き続きNYSEで「GB」のティッカーシンボルで取引されます。
